Therapy Intensives 

Mental health therapy intensives can be incredibly beneficial for those seeking to improve their mental health. These intensives provide a unique opportunity for individuals to focus solely on their mental health, without the distractions and responsibilities of daily life. Through the guidance of a skilled therapist using EMDR or Brainspotting, individuals are able to delve deeper into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop new coping mechanisms and strategies for managing their mental health. In addition, therapy intensives often offer a more intensive and personalized approach to treatment, allowing for greater progress in a shorter amount of time.   • PRIVATE PAY ONLY. 1 full day (5-6 hrs.). 
  • No alcohol for 24 hours before arrival or during our time together. 
  • Must be screened for appropriateness.

Group Psychotherapy

Group psychotherapy is a form of counseling support that consists of a group of people, small or large, who meet regularly to interact, explore and discuss different issues with each other in the presence of a clinician or group leader.
