Santyna is a bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She values mental health awareness and support for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning (LGBTQ+) individuals. She believes strongly in building therapeutic relationships with a culturally-informed and person-centered lens. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in family systems work and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.

Santyna has experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and traumatic brain injuries. As well as with older adults diagnosed with varying types of dementia.
